I have been an athlete in the action sports world for over two decades and have seen how crucial the relationship between an athlete and company is. The sports marketing/team manager role makes the difference for an athlete to feel supported, inspired and believing in a brand and its products. In an industry notorious for mismanaging this role, there is Jesse, with whom I have worked with for the last 10 years with different brands.
